ple take the well balanced food they could be very healthy, but when they don’t get proper food they could not be healthy. The people who are below the poverty line could not get proper food they get just one meal daily that food also they have to share with someone. This very awful they could not get any nutrients from that food just they fill their stomach. When the people keep on eating like this food they could feel much tried and they don’t have any strength in their body. The immune system in them could be very weak, if they get any flu or infections it could be worse on them. In a good it should contain all vegetables and greens so that they get the energy from them. Though don’t take all vegetables they could get one at time to maintain their health.
